    hi guys, i am having problem using the media keys and apple remote on my macbook pro. everytime i play/pause something that i have running on vlc, it opens up itunes and plays the songs in there. how to let the apple remote/media keys control the program that is currently running. even if itunes is turned off, the apple remote turns it on to play songs while i am trying to play/pause a movie that is playing on vlc. any ideas? tia
