    accidently restore back up on new ipod :(

    well i got the new 32gb ipod and before i had a regular no upgrade ipod i been using. then when i plug in a new ipod i accidently went to restore from a prevoius ipod now i dont have software upgrade on my new one :((, sucks! does his affect the settings on it also like brightness?

    Try updating your iPod normally...? From within iTunes.

    I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. But it shouldn't affect the iPod settings on brightness.

    Yea im confused by your wording. Are you saying you lost 1.1.3 on your touch?

    Do you mean you lost the new applications for the Touch? In that case, I'm sure you can just bring it to an Apple Store and they can restore it for you. I don't believe any 32GB Touch shipped without the new apps so there shouldn't be any confusion.

    Hm, you should try to restore the iPod Touch again, see if it brings back the new applications. I'm pretty sure all the 32 GB iPod Touches would ship with 1.1.3 and the new applications by now.

    If not, take it to an Apple Store and explain the situation. They know how to handle it :).
