    accessing quicksilver preferences

    well I managed to turn off quicksilver's menu bar item and remove it from the dock.

    so the programme is running but I cant access its preferences menu's...

    any ideas? i tried re-installing it but it just kept the old settings

    d'oh!

    Tried double clicking the Quicksilver.app in your Applications folder or wherever you installed it?

    yes... it's running ok I just cant get into the menus!

    ok i dont know what i did but its sorted... i found an html help file in the package contents which opened safari (not my default browser!) and opened a preference pane from there.

    no clue what happened but its fixed :O)

    Umm, glad your problem is fixed, but when you double click on the Quicksilver.app, the Quicksilver window should open, and you can click on the little cog at the top right corner to edit every setting of the application.
