    is there any other msn for mac can use webcam and the voice clip?
    other than the orginal msn that mac proves?

    For videoconferencing Skype works best. Msn on OS X does not offer videoconcferencing last time I checked.

    I believe there are some third parties like Mercury or aMSN that support it, but I've never tried out how well. Its best to use AIM with iChat or Skype for video on a Mac until Microsoft comes out with a proper version of MSN Messenger, unfortunately.
