    Yes

I've heard the rumors but I don't wait for rumors. According to MacRumors forum the 16 inch might not happen until the first quarter if not the 2nd quarter of 2020

What made you switch? It will be hard gaming on the Radeon Pro vega 20.

One word of advise, skip wine, parallels, vmware, etc.

If you need windows, use boot camp. It works the best.

I am switching to Mac to be completely away from anything related to Microsoft so I will not install Wine or Parallels or anything that would make me want to install anything from Microsoft

Speaking of Mac, when I get the MacBook Pro, does it come with any Office like apps out of the box? are they free?

You will receive keynote, pages, and numbers. These are all apple versions of word, excel, and powerpoint.

IMO, Keynote and Numbers are inferior to PowerPoint and Excel, but Pages is an excellent alternative to Word. Fortunately, Microsoft has improved the Mac versions of its Office apps to bring them just about to parity with their Windows counterparts.

I use Open Office on my Macs for Office compatibility when needed. So far, no problems. I've done this for years. I always go small boot drive as I work with a lot of external media.

I don't use any of Apple's office alternatives. I use Office, but I agree Office has come a long way on Mac.
