The icons in my tool bar look rather fuzzy, is this normal?

Is your resolution set correctly to your monitor's native resolution? Also, if I assume that since you are posting a Win XP question in an Apple OS forum, you are running XP on a Mac, you might not have the most upgraded drivers for your video card.

Sounds like a DPI setting problem or a resolution problem. Right click on your desktop, go to Properties, and then click on the Settings tab and Advanced. In the General tab of the window that comes up, make sure the DPI dropdown is set to Normail size 96dpi.

Yeah, if you have your DPI set higher than 96, it will make the start bar kinda fuzzy in XP.

Are you refering to Windows icons in the dock (via Parallels or Fusion)? If so then yes this is normal. I think the problem is that the standard Windows icons are small and low quality. When they are resized for the dock they become fuzzy.
