    Hi,

i need only the media player plug-in, that should stay in library/internet plugins...

i don´t wanna install media player for mac or flip4mac. i just need the plugin for the Safari. i searched the forum(or tried to search) and googled. but nothing..

Could someone please upload it somewhere or send me via email([email protected]) or tell me where to find it.

    thanx.

You will need Flip4Mac to be able to play Windows Media in Safari, since Safari uses Quicktime for media content. There is no real alternative.

    lamtutu,

Windows Media Player for OS X has long been outdated now, even Microsoft endorses using Flip4Mac over it. As you can see, it doesn't even list Intel, and "Mac OS X 10.2 or higher recommended"...well, you know how old it is then :p.

if you must ask, my Internet Plug-Ins directory is empty, even with Flip4Mac, Perian and VLC installed.
