    Hi,

I installed W7 couple of days ago, all was fine excepted some details:
I use macdrive to access my mac formatted HD, but it doesn't work on W7, I already tried to run as administrator as well as launch it in compatibility for vista.)
If there is no way to use this program with W7, is there another one which is working ?

I don't know why, but W7 does the same as what vista did on boot camp:
I have an external monitor (Samsung T260HD) and when it is plugged, both vista and W7 see it, but they put the external screen as a copy of the screen of the mac and resolution is max 1024x768 for the Samsung and I normally can put 1920x1200 on it
    Screen is plugged by DVI
    [RESOLVED]

Last but not least, I use blackberry desktop manager to synchronize my blackberry, and W7 doesn't have the "contacts program" (I don't know the real name) by default. is there any way to install it ??

    Thanks a lot

Right click on your desktop > screen Resolution.

if only it was so easy, actually W7 (and vista before) say that the max resolution is 1024x768 (not even 1280x1024 as I said before)

I couldn't get my LG 22" External to work at all with 7, some days ago when I installed it for a couple of hours. It just wouldn't show in the list.

I had the same issue as you. Tried W7 but I couldn't use Macdrive, it's the only program I know that can read and write to mac formatted hard drives, so I went back to Vista SP1.

I also couldn't get daemon tools to work. Oh well. Hope you solve your problem.

HFS explorer might work in windows 7.

It can read from the hfs drive, but not write to it.

    Better then nothing.
