Why does OS X not have window snapping? It appears that even Leopard will not have this. One of the most useful features I have seen in Linux was the ability to instantly snap windows perfectly side by side, and that feature could be emulated in Windows using allSnap, but not in OS X. A damn shame really.

that does sound like it could be really cool, and it can't hurt to add it, as you could always have a setting to turn it off.

i've been wondering why this option hasn't been built in to windows for years. i'm even more surprised it's not available in os x, the few programs that allow you to dock their different windows together have always been my favorite compared to their counterparts.
