Well Leopard isn't playing nice with my new logic board so I'm thinking of doing a reinstall. However will OSX still recognize my Windows XP partition or will I have to go through the whole bootcamp process again?

As long as you only reformat the OS X partition you should be OK. Just pop in your Leopard Install DVD and use the Erase & Install installation option.

I have done that not too long ago. As was mentioned above, make sure you choose the Mac OSX partition only. You should have no trouble at all, but as with any major maintenance task you should back up all your files somewhere first. Can never be too careful.
