Hey guys Ive had windows vista running on my macbook pro for 5 months now with bootcamp and it works great. I find that I also use windows most of the time, since I'm a PC guy at heart. My problem is though that last week when i tried to connect to a wireless network in vista it connects but i only get the local only(no actual internet accsess), this seems to happen even if i disable my wifi and re enable it or start my computer. Its is also happening on my network at home(I'm in college) so i dont know what is going on. Yet in OSX it connects immediately without any problems. So yea I really need your help guys i need my wifi back in vsta and would like to avoid a reformat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried surfing? I get like that in vista sometimes, but I still got an internet connection, and I can surf. It just say it's local.

Have you tried using a system restore prior to last week to see if it fixes it? It could've been a Windows update or driver update that borked it.
