So I bought the cheapest MacBook Air 13 inch late 2015, now it only has a 128GB flash memory, can I use a 950 PRO m.2 SSD to replace that small SSD it has? if not, which SSD do I need for it?

No - they use a different SSD. For the earlier ones there were aftermarket upgrades from OWC but unless something new has popped up, upgraded SSD's haven't been released for the 2015 model. If you don't need super-fast access, the Sandisk Cruzer-Fit can be left in permanently and go up to 64GB - obviously, USB 2 means it won't be hugely fast.

The PCI-E storage implementation on current Apple notebooks is proprietary. The only way to upgrade at the moment is to purchase an OEM drive on the secondary market.

SSDs for the new Macbook Airs are available but are expensive enough to be cost prohibitive as an upgrade.

iFixit has some available. Fortunately the install process is not that difficult once you get the part.

If you only need extra room for data storage and do not need particularly fast transfer speeds, 256 GB SD cards are pretty cheap now.

Right, not worth it in this case, I will just use this laptop as is to learn Mac OS then when I am comfortable with it, I will sell it and get a better specced Maccy as this one is so under powered.

Get a separate drive for your P870DM and hackintosh it! :) Definitely cheaper than getting a real Mac.
