    Hi all

    What is nominal temperature for MBP (late 2008) GPU?
    because mine are
    GPU diode 75 C
    GPU Heatsink 60 C

    and fans are at
    1998 RPM
    1999 RPM

    Depending on your ambient room temp, since it is summertime, and whether this is at total rest or esp during Safari/other uses, those are probably ok. Perhaps a touch on the higher side, but nothing to be concerned over.

    Folks also need to remember that the various software monitors use differing algorithms in their temp reporting ... reported temps are only *estimates* of actual temp and not the real, live, temp if you zapped it with a infrared thermometer.
