The Accessories forum would be the best place for this question. Those guys know their bags and sleeves.

I got the Incase 13" MBP sleeve and it works very well. It's got a very soft interior cloth, and has a decent amount of thickness all around to protect the notebook from dings. The MBP fits snug in it, but still allows for easy removal. It's kind of pricey at $40 (USD) but I find it has been a very solid purchase.
Edit: Here's the link showing the case I got: http://www.goincase.com/products/detail/neoprene-sleeve-plus-cl57408 -

This is what I use. I slip it over my MBP before I slip it into a case.

I have both the Bihn Sleeve and Waterfield Sleeves for varo=ious machines.
Just different for different needs but both great and well designed.
Look at the Waterfield before deciding for sure.
