    Cyberduck seems to be the best for free.

    Another great one, although shareware, is Panic Software's Transmit.

    The duck is my friend.

    No, but really, I think it's an awesome FTP program. I like the simple drag-n-drop interface you can just use together with the Finder. Also, the ability to right click a file on your server and edit with a text editing program (I use TextWrangler, another great free piece of software) and when you click save, it automatically updates the file on the server.

    The only thing I dislike is the transfer window. I wish there was an option to attach it to the main FTP window.
