    You will need:
    Intel Mac
    Newest firmware (1.01?)
    Boot Camp Download
Mac Driver CD (from Boot Camp download)
Full non-upgrade version of Windows XP Home or Pro w/ SP2

The cheapest way to get a full version of XP is an OEM from somewhere like Newegg. Must be a full version and must be SP2

So if my XP OS doesn't have SP2, I can't just update and download it?

No. It HAS to all be on one disc. You may be able to slipstream it, but i am not sure.

How do you show them you receipt through newegg? Do you mail a copy to them before or after you receive windows?

Also, is this the right one to choose? :

Microsoft Windows XP Home With SP2B 1 Pack - OEM

    Thanks.

you dont need to show anyone a receipt. you just need to have the disk and a cd key. that is the right one.

if you want to play games right now- i recommend windows xp.

if you want to play games in 3 months- you should probably buy vista.
