I got my Lindy Mac Mini HDD enclosure just afew minutes ago. Ordered it yesterday and got it today (which in the uk is standard) but the support given my the staff at Lindy is superb. I ordered it yesterday at noon, and got a email afew hours later saying there was a issue processing my card details. so i phoned up their local support helpline and got put onto their general support person who forwarded me to Marie who originally sent me the email (didn't have to take my order number just said my name and she knew exactly what it was about and managed to get it all sorted within a few minutes.) So excellent Customer service by them and defiantly order from them again in the future.
Heres the Lindy External Mac Mini HDD Enclosure
It has a power connection, a USB 2 connection, and two Firewire 400 (6 pin) to plug another firewire HDD device into it (like me who has two of them) Unfortunately my MBP unibody doesn't own a 6 pin firewire port but the cable to take it is only afew bucks so no problem (i currently own one and it works fine)

It turns off when the MBP is powered down and installing the SATA or IDE drives was a cinch, Pop top off, slide in HDD, use two thumb screws to secure it and attach the corresponding cable. Put top back on, and screw in bottom with 4 philips screws. Plug in, power on, poof.
Works like a dream and is essentially silent due to the shockproof rubber feet. It's shaped exactly like a MacMini and is designed to be stackable as its size is the same as a mini. I Might buy one in the future to make a Mini Hackintosh, as the finnish looks just like the mini (sans the Lindy Logo)

Heres a few photos of my setup

Also regarding the Iphone you see i've ordered a Xstand
To finnish the look of my setup (and will use it as a additional trackpad with the correct App.)

Well just thought i'd give you a update on my setup :D

Looking good mate, but isn't £45 a bit steep for a hard drive enclosure?

Must say it looks aswome with the rest of the apple army in your room :p

Wow that actually made me laugh.

It looks nice. I got a extra drive that I have sitting around I might get that. But it still does not beat the look of my Lacie. Nice clean black box blends in with my desk and when the lights are off it looks like a blue light coming out of no where. :D
