This might not actually be a problem but bear with me.

I was downloading a file of about three hundred episodes on Vuze, then I stopped it and deleted the data and files. Then I tried to quit Vuze but it froze so I tried to force quit, didn't help. As it was frozen I emptied the trash and it said that the files were still in use and asked if I want to continue or stop (for each of the episodes) and I said continue for a few and then said stop.

Anyways I then restarted and then emptied the trash.

Could any of that damaged my computer? Seems like I would defrag after that on a PC, anything I should do on my Mac?
