    Thought this is the best place to put this thread out of all the subforums...

    I've been trying to get Quake Live to run in my XP VM on fusion.

    It has Internet Explorer 8 installed. When I enter the game I get this really weird sound stuttering and 1fps in game.

    Theres been reports that it works perfectly fine in Parrallels.

    Anyone had any success?

    Have you got video hardware acceleration enabled in your VM? And which Mac are you using?

    from what i've heard, parallels supports 3d video acceleration, not sure if its true..
