    Has anyone installed Vista RC1 (5600) on a MacBook (Pro or, more interestingly, non-Pro)? If so, could you post your Vista performance figures (out of 5)? Does Aero work? What about CPU/fan usage when idle?

    Yeah, had a friend gotten his to work fine on his MB. I thikn he got a 3.8 score on it. Sorry, I don't have any other info besides that.

    I may try it on my MBP someday... but meh, I haven't used XP in Parallels enough to really warrant doing a dedicated install of XP let alone vista.

    I believe you can install any OS on parallels. I haven't tried. But maybe I should...
    But he did his with Boot Camp.
