    Any way to disable screensaver automatically when I'm running Windows via Fusion?

    If you haven't already, try:
    Display Properties > Screen Saver > select (None) from drop down box midway down. Be sure to hit Apply before exiting.

    That's manual disabling of the screensaver. I want it to do it automatically depending on how I'm accessing Windows.

    Make an Automator action, I think it will come out rather easily.
