I used to use Parallels, but I swtiched to Fusion, and used their beta import took to convert the Parallels VM into a Fusion VM.

Now I want to use that same VM in Boot Camp. Ive never set up or used Boot Camp before, can anyone help me or refer me to a guide to do this? Im using the Fusion 1.1

You cannot set up Boot Camp to use a VM image, but you can use a VM to run a Boot Camp partition.
A VM image is just a file, while Boot Camp is a separate partition on your HD. You might be able to use an imaging program such as Norton Ghost to copy over your files and folders onto your Boot Camp partition, but you will not be able to natively boot into a VM file via Boot Camp.

Oh ok, I understand you. Now that I have Bootcamp installed, how do I set Parallels or Fusion to use it, instead of an image file?

On creation of a new VM, in the Parallels or Fusion wizard, choose to use Boot Camp as opposed to create a new VM from scratch.

Will using the same installation as boot camp and as fusion/parallels have any bad effect on it (the installation)?

I really wouldnt want to lose all the information and the inconvenience.

If you clone your VM HD over to your Boot Camp partition, there will be a chance that some installed applications might not work correctly. However, it is usually less hassle than re-installing everything.
