On New Years I broke my Macbook screen and recently sold it and bought an HP laptop (because I'm poor and needed a laptop. its temporary).
In the mean time, am I able to load the drivers for the trackpad from the Macbook (I have the drivers from Bootcamp when it was still a beta) and retain the two finger scrolling? I don't know drivers too too well but I assume its probably firmware specific so it won't work. Is that correct? The laptop has a little scroll bar on the right side of the track pad but its not as useful as I'm used to.
Hopefully I can scrounge up some cash before next year and get a new Macbook. Or used. Something anyway haha.
Thanks in advance for the clarification.

I doubt it will work. It's partially hardware based, not just software.

Like modly said, multi finger action (lol) is hardware based.
