While watching a DVD last night in OSX, I noticed a buzzing sound in the right speaker when I was above 70% of the volume.. At half the volume, I don't hear the buzzing noise. It's kind if annoying especially when you're watching long movies. Anyone else have this problem?

Oh yeah, and my CPU temperature went up to 90C. Is watching a DVD that cpu intensive? :(

I have a feeling this thing is going back..

Hmm mine does not have that problem even at full, how old is it? maybe the speakers need to get worn in,(I don't think that is the problem.)

My MBP get's warm when watching movies, (I have never watched a DVD on it though) but it does not get up to 90c.

I received a new macbook pro last week the speakers had a popping sound all the time whenever there was sound playing, I tried a dvd it would do it the whole time, I called apple support they tried a few things and then said they would replace the system as I just received the notebook. The new one I got yesterday works good. Call apple support.

I have been having issues with my new Unibody also. It gets up to 95 before the fans go into High mode. I am asking Apple to repalce my system.
