I downloaded audio files from archive.org (Jason Mraz live, if anyone cares). the filename is jmraz205-12-13.sr.77.shnf.zip. Whenever I run theUnarchiver it preps for the unzipping then It says "could not extract the file (filename) the file could not be opened, and it does that for a .txt file, a .xml file, and a couple other files, then it says "cannot write to the destination directory" Ive tried documents, desktop and Home, doesnt work. Any ideas?

Why don't you try winrar for mac?

Also, unarchiver has problems extracting very large files, I think over 4 gigs.

    yes, winrar is great

7zip for mac(freeware) should also do the trick unless the files are corrupt, etc.

7zX can be found here. I've never had a problem unarchiving things, even if they're broken.
