Hey, I'll be in the US next week and I was wondering if anyone knew if I could get the apple educational discount as a Canadian student.

I'm in the market for a new laptop, and with the strong Canadian dollar and the already discounted Macbooks in the US, I'm strongly considering buying one.

Im not 100 % sure but you probable half to be a student in the us to get the discount. I cant confirm that you cant but I cant see you being able to do so.

As you can see it doesn't outright say so for higher education students (which I guess you are). They won't ship it to Canada, but if you pick it up in an actual Apple retail store I believe you'll be fine. Bring your student ID.

I suggest you give them a phone call and ask as they might have a very specific, US-centric definition of the word "Higher Education". The number's in the link below.
