I used Boot Camp to split the drive in half for Windows Vista & Mac OSX. I have come to realize that the Mac side is already 80% full, and will eventually need more space on that side. Is it possible to use Boot Camp to resize the partitions and keep both OS's on them? Or do I have to invest in a 3rd party tool for this?

No. You must delete your partition and reinstall Vista with a different alloted space.

It's unfortunate, yes, but It's just not feasible for boot camp to be able to do that(the way Windows handles data on the disk means that data is spread over the entire disk, and that makes on the fly resizing very difficult).
