Does having a bluetooth keyboard and mouse slow both of them down respectively? Because I have a bluetooth Mighty Mouse and whenever I send photo's to my Macbook the mouse lags a lot. This may just be because I'm transferring data between two devices, but if I get a BT keyboard, will that slow down my mouse?

I would think so. It has a limited bandwidth, just like usb. I don't think using a BT keyboard and mouse will effect each other, they won't use much bandwidth.

I would say that a mouse and keyboard will not max out your Bluetooth. you should be fine.
