so... first off I don't own 2 macs but I might (buddy at apple store = nice discount).
but I was wondering if I could keep to macs in sync as well as backing up both to a windows server?
eg Macbook Pro, iMac, and a Windows 7 tower (with massive storage).
so both macs can time machine to the server, but is there a way to get the macs to sync with each other as well. (preferable throught the server but anyway it can be done will work).
any ideas.

PS does anyone know any good file sync software for mac?
nv mind this post... I figured out the syncing thing... which kinda solves the first post as well.
I used GoodSync. -
It seems that there is several solutions to keep 2 Macs in sync:
- Using Time Machine
- Using rsync
- Using some commercial tools/services like ChronoSync, GoodSync, Sychronize Pro, MobileMe, Synctogether, etc.
