I have just noticed that the entire right top corner is missing of rmacbook keyoboards. I am talking about insert, delete, home, end, etc. I use delete key alot to erase backwards. How can you do this with macbooks?

the delete key and stuff is still there, they have just been moved around on the keyboard or are either accessable through the function keys or (FN) key. The delete key and some others are near the bottom row of the keyboard on the MacBook, so don't worry they are still there.
