This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Damn, $1600 for 6TB... Don't have the newest MBP so no Thunderbolt, but even if I did, I'd wait for a DIY enclosure before dropping that cash for this.

    Oh yea. No way am I going to buy it. Also note that the cable is not included. Those are $50 each.

    But if someone here does get one, I'd love to hear his or her thoughts on it :D
