Is it possible to sync my music folder on Vista PC to Music folder on my MacBook? ie. Everytime I add something new to the My Music folder in Vista it would auto sync the contents of the folder with the msuci folder on my MacBook? Thanks!

Odds are you'll need some sort of 3rd party program. I use Chronosync for Mac to keep music folders synced.

Yes. I run Chronosync on my Mac which wirelessly connects back to my Windows Home Server.

It doesn't matter if it's wireless or not, you simply set up two share points and sync them.
