Anyways, I was looking at my mbp screen and I noticed something strange... A light blue stuck pixel. This was against a white/gray background. So I went and got the lcd stuck pixel checker to see, cause I've never seen a light blue pixel, just a solid dark blue pixel. When I ran the checker, this is what I saw. Under a red background, the pixel was solid black. Under a green background, unnoticable. Under a blue background unnoticable. Under a black background, unnoticable. Under a white background, light blue. Anyone have any idea what this may be? Anyone have similar problems? Just with my personal experience with dead/stuck pixels, the pixel should never change color even though the background changes color, am I right? This pixel seems to be changing colors and refusing to light under a red background... strange... any help? suggestions?

That might not be good... There could be a dead sub-pixel.

I think that it must mean that one of the colours are dead, i.e. red or green, while blue is fine.

Still, try using something like www.jscreenfix.com to try to unstick it, or try rubbing the area lightly. Either way, couldn't hurt.

it means the color Red cant be shown, while Green and Blue works correctly.
