I downloaded SteerMouse in an attempt to remedy OS X's abysmal mouse tracking settings. Usng the OS X configuration screen I have the trackign speed maxed out and its still a little slow. Additionally, the acceleration curve feels totally whacked out in comparison to windows.

Anyway, I like what SteerMouse allows me to do with the tracking, but it also kills the 360deg scrolling feature of my Might Mouse.

Are there any other programs I could use to only change the acceleration curve and tracking speed?

See if iMouseFix works for you. For me, it helped a little but could use some work.
