hey guys...i need to know which case is good for the 13 inch macbook, other then the Speck Seethru Cases. I think the speck cases are great, but if anyone knows of any other, or better case the the Speck cases, please refer me to them. Also if anyone knows of a silicone type case for the macbook, let me know, thanks..

It definitely is a nice case, and infact a friend at school has one of these. I just emailed him about it, and he said that he really likes it's form factor, and likes the idea of something protecting his Macbook like the Incase case. He said it's easy to get on, and it's a bit harder to get off, but not extremely hard. Overall he really likes it. ;)

You could do an Invisible Shield by Zagg. Keeps off scratches.

I opted for a Speck shield for my MBP.

That's a good pick, although it won't protect against dings and dents the way the Speck or InCase would. I must say, I have one of these for my iPod Touch and it doesn't have a scratch to date. Dents are the only thing to worry about. ;)

thanks for the replys...i really like the hardshell cases by either speck or incase...but was wondering if these cases would scratch the macbook. i seen videos were these cases kind of snap onto place, and it seems they could definitely scratch the macbook. Also the inside of these cases seem pretty ruff, anyone know if these could scratch the macbook??

I haven't really heard of anybody scratching it with the cases themselves, but sometimes particles can get on the inside of the cases and scratch it that way. Make sure to wipe out the inside of the case, just to be sure there isn't anything that could leave a mark on your machine. As long as you are gentle with it, you shouldn't have a problem. ;)
