    Hi

I can't put my MBP in to Sleep mode when DVD,or usb CDMA modem connected. It just turns on after few minutes. Is there any way to get normal Sleep mode without disconnecting USB devices?

That is pretty strange. You might want to try putting the Mac to sleep via the Apple menu first, before closing the lid. Make sure everything under Wake is unchecked in:
    System Prefs>Energy Saver>Options

Does this also happen when you only have a DVD in the Macbook and nothing else connected?

Mine wake up randomly sometimes. Usually a couple minutes after it goes to sleep the first time. It goes back to sleep tho. Have you tried waiting after it wakes up again?
