    Its seriously fast.

I don't really know what else to say about it, other than Apple is definitely full of themselves for releasing an application that contains its own first-run-intro-movie.

But, like I said, this sucker is a speed demon. Faster than safari 3 or firefox...

I downloaded safari 4 last night and my mac crashed this morning while i was using iphoto.

Not sure if safari 4 caused the crash, but never had a system crash before.

Having a very fast internet connection is better than having a fast browser. Nevertheless, Safari is a bit better than safari 4, though still can't match the speed of chrome/opera/internet explorer 8 in terms of speed on Windows.

I'm currently experiencing a much faster browser compared to FF when I was using it 15 min ago. Safari 4 is a great browser, none the less it can have it's flaws, but it's is VERY fast. :D

So Safari 4 is snappier. Now if only random Flash ads don't peg the CPU at 100%. At least in Snow Leopard with Safari 4, plugins like Flash can no longer crash the whole app. Although the cynic in me believes a Grand Central capable Flash plugin just means that it'll be able to peg all your CPU cores and GPU at 100%.

It's a shame that flash plugin in Mac OS is so poorly developed.

I liked the tabs on top like the Beta had.... more than how they put them back on the bottom like Safari 4 release version... but its still a good browser

I've been using the beta version of it on Vista 64-bit for sometime now, and it is BUGGY. Fast, yes, but very buggy.

That's why it's called a beta. I guess i was too engrossed in the new iphone release that i overlooked the safari 4 release.
