I recently formatted my computer and unfortunately forgot to export my address book (but I do have everything backed up using time machine).

Haven't been able to figure out a way to get the address book contacts..

I still have the address book contacts on my iPod Touch as well.

    Thanks

Can't you sync your Address Book with your iPod?

    (Disclaimer: I don't have an iPod, so I don't know if that's possible :p )

I think that it would erase everything on my ipod to match the computer but not the other way around..

I believe that unless you opt to do a restore of the iPod, it will only erase music which you haven't purchased from iTunes. The calendar, bookmarks and address book data would be copied over from your iPod, assuming you did not check the 'replace all data on iPod' checkbox.
    I'm not 100% sure however.
