    Hi all!

I'm installing XP and so on and I was wondering how to resize a HFS+ Partition in a non destructive way, but by resizing I mean Making it bigger because bootcamp can't see my empty disk space. I know iPartition and Volumeworks do the job, but, is there a way that it could be done for free? Is any of this utilitys universal?

    Thanks

I think when you install mac it just automatically uses up whatever space it can get, now I'm wondering since mac is built on top of unix if you can go into the terminal and use the fdisk command, only problem is that you need to figure out which 'hda' is your macs. Such as /dev/hda/ is most likely it...now if you are using a SATA harddrive it would probably be sda instead of hda.

I do know that any changes in bootcamp in terms of partition of XP isn't gonna happen, and if you try all that will happen is the destruction of your XP partition.

well, i fixed it, i booted up with windows cd, delete the partition, format again a big one, and semi-install (because it wouldnt boot up) then restore with bootcamp, and repartition, this time with fat32 because thats the best way to go.

    Thanks anyway
