Does anybody know of any tools that I can use to RDP from my macbook air to my PC over LAN? I'd rather not use something internet-based like logmein.

I have been using the Microsoft Remote Desktop app flawlessly for months now. Not sure where some of the bad reviews are coming from with this app. It was extremely easy to set up and use, and as I said, I haven't had one single issue out of it in months of daily use.

I don't think you will be disappointed.

Microsoft RDP is great. I have it going the other way too (I have an RDP server on my Mac).

I got MS RDP working, exactly what i was looking for, thanks. I had to go by IP address instead of computer name, no biggie, already setup with static IP on the computer i want to connect to.
