So I bought my macbook pro (refurbished) about 2 weeks ago, then I went on vacation. when I got back, I saw that the price of my macbook pro had gone down. does anyone here know if I can call in and get the difference refunded? if mac does that. and if I can, is it too late by now because I do not know when apple changed around their macbook.

Since you are within 14 days you should have no problem by just calling them.

He said about two weeks, so it could be more then 14 days. But anyways.

I doubt they will give you the difference, the price dropped because the MBP's changed. If you are within the 14 days, you should be able to get a full refund.

Apple has 14 day price protection. I would just go to a Apple store ASAP.

So what are you going to do with that windfall? I suggest getting half a tank of petro...unless you have an SUV, in which case, $367 would score you 1/3 tank of gas.

    Good for you.

The rest of the world pays through the roof for gas, so I shake my head whenever I hear an American complain about gas prices.

Over $90 to fill that up here in Canada, odd since there is a good chance you are filling your car with Canadian oil ;)

Anyways, That's pretty awesome that Apple gave you the difference. +1 for Apple.

Pff, be upset when you hear a Venezualan or Saudi Arabian complain. They pay the equivalent of under $1.00 US per gallon.
