    Dear all,

    I was just wondering if the standard Refund and exchange policy applies to apple products purchased from educational store?

    I read it somewhere that it was more difficult to get refund or exchange if purchased through apple education store.

    the best way is ask them directly.
    From what I know, if the product is sealed, there is no restocking fee. otherwise, it 15%.
