Does anyone know what software is it that like records what you are doing on your screen?

For example I know many OS X Developers record into a quicktime mov their computer screen doing stuff like mouse is moving and all.

    Thanks

iShowU is a program i came across awhile ago to record what you are doing, it was in some develope stage,i think it was beta, but haven't kept up with it. if gone full version now, i believe that it will cost some money.
