    I'm about to buy one of those mouse, I wonder is it compatible with MAC ?

    HOWEVER. If you plug it in it will work. Sensitivity adjust in system preferences or in software.

    It stands to reason that if it saves profiles inside itself (which I thought I saw that feature in my glance over) you could set it on a PC, provided you can switch those settings on the fly via the mouse [similar to logitech's G9]
    and run it that way.
