I'm really happy with my Pro|Click from Razer. It's on bluetooth but there's no lag (read wireless Might Mouse - which is crap) and the precision is top notch in shooters like COD and Crysis :D

Actually there are lot of gaming mouse available for windows & non of them working perfectly for mac(Eg: Logitech Mx518 have 8 buttons but only traditional 3 buttons work when i use it on my MBP.). razer take good step & build mouse with side buttons to work perfectly on MAC OS X .(hopefully this thing work perfectly on windows) .

What is wrong with your MX518? Because mine works just fine. I can adjust sensitivity on the fly, and my side buttons are very customisable. Of course, using a 3rd party application such as steermouse ( http://plentycom.jp/en/steermouse/) would give me even more power over my mouse, but I am happy with the OS X default drivers.
