    Random startup/shutdown issues with MBP

    Sometimes the laptop when started wont go past the blue screens. Also sometimes it wont turnoff. I suspect it might be because of usb devices, but even still i get the problem. It's really annoying because MBP is supposed to be a flawless device.

    Are you under warranty? If so then contact Apple.

    Also, you might consider adding the specs/generation of your MBP in your post or in your signature.

    Ok but as a college student/tutor i need the laptop every day.

    2.5 GHZ core 2 6mb
    2 gig ram
    8600 gt 512mb

    ill update it soon :)

    This is so annoying. I guess i will have to contact tech support. This should not happen with Mac.
