    Random shutdowns!! help!

    ive had my 15in. macbook pro for about three months. i use it heavily for college, and just recently its been shutting down randomly. all of a sudden the internal fan seems to go crazy and the power cuts. this has happened several times. can i return it or is it too late? is there anything i can do?

    I would call apple asap.

    You can also try the resetting of permissions and all that jazz to see if it helps.

    Also, make sure you have all the updates installed, but you probably have a defective sensor or something.
