    HOLY CRAP!

I was typing a 7 page proposal and the computer froze, and the god**** computer did not save my work

i am so pissed at this

does anyone know why this occurs? is it due to high temperatures? i was monitoring it all the time and it was floating around 64 celsius

I noticed on the MBA that CPU temps were much higher during windows than during OS X. Undervolting helped a lot.

Yea, in my experience, mbp's usually runner hotter in windows. In the past, I think it was because the fans were controlled the same way as in OSX (they wouldnt kick in, something like that~)

Although, it kinda just sounds like a vista problem to me >_>

One of the advantages in working in OSX, is time machine. It can be your best friend for when stuff crashes.

And you didn't save once during the whole time..? Should get in the habbit of saving when doing schoolwork.

now i cant even tell if the computer freezes because of the undervolting or because of the problem iwas having before, i got a bsod once, so should i assume that its caused by undervolting only when i get a bsod?
