This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    So do yourself a favor and don't click links in emails, or from sites you do not trust, and run as a limited user which should keep you safe in this case since it only has the rights of logged-in user. I think it is time for OS X users to really start to pay attention to their habits. This effects Tiger and Leopard.

    Eh...wasn't there a rtsp security hole months back that was fixed? Or was this a different one?

    Ah well...I guess I should set up the whole triple account thing one of these days...
