So I was looking at buying the Rev B MacBook Air, as it's come down in price refurbished from Apple. However, I had a few questions I was hoping you guys could help me out with. Remember, we're talking about the Rev. B, with the NVIDIA 9400m and 120GB hard drive.

    1. How does it do with gaming? Like I run Left 4 Dead fine on my current unibody MacBook, so I know the graphics card will handle it. However, will the 1.6 ghz processor struggle with gaming? If so would it be worth it to get the 1.86 ghz instead (it's only $100 more). Also, would the 4200rpm hard drive be a bottleneck for gaming?

    2. Do you think Snow Leopard will significantly increase it's power/efficiency? I know that's the point of the OS upgrade, but does anyone know if it might affect the MBA more or less than other Macs?

    3. Can the hard drive be upgraded? (in any way- breaking the warranty doesn't matter to me) I believe I had read on the first generation MBA that it used a very obscure PATA drive, which came in two different thicknesses, and it used the thinner, harder to find one. Does anybody know if the 120GB SATA drive is standard, or is it a special hard to find size as well? I'd only be looking to upgrade it to 160GB-200GB, or even just to a faster 5400rpm 120GB.

    Thanks for any help!

    1) It will not be as fast but should not be much slower either. HDD only matters in loading the map.
    2) Yes, supposedly it makes a big difference on the RevA so it should not be much different with the RevB.
    3) No, you can upgrade to SSD however.
